New Construction Inspections

Get peace of mind thoughout the process of building your new commercial property. Your new construction inspection will ensure that the builders are constructing your investment to meet the proper standards. Several inspections are performed during key phases of your new home construction. These phase inspections can be tailored to the needs of the purchaser. However, we recommend inspections at the following intervals:

• Foundation: Performed after concrete forming is complete and immediately prior to placing the concrete.
• Pre-Drywall: Performed just prior to drywall installation, but after all of the electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough-ins are complete.
• Final: Performed after the building has been completed but prior to closing.
